WHAT SPORTS WILL MY CHILD PLAY?

Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Flag Football form the core sports of the program with Lacrosse (sticks and gloves) and SPARQ athletic development (hand-eye coordination, speed, agility, balance, etc) integrated as well.

HOW IS THE DAY STRUCTURED?

Athletes participate in a morning rotation of 2 sports each day (1+ hours each) with a balanced combination of focused instruction and structured game play. Afternoons consists of lunch, a “contest/challenge of the day” and specialized sports clinics (1.5 hours) to finish! Click HERE and scroll down for a sample schedule.

WHAT AGES IS THE SPORTS CAMP FOR?

Our summer program is for boys and girls entering Kindergarten through 6th grades.

HOW ARE THE CHILDREN GROUPED?

Children are grouped specifically by age (i.e. 1st & 2nd Graders in a group together).

WHAT DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO WEAR AND BRING EACH DAY?

Campers are required to wear sneakers and socks, and if preferred, can bring their own cleats and mitt (we have equipment as well) - please label everything. Parents also need to pack their child lunch daily which will be kept in a cooler - ALL FOOD SHOULD BE NUT-FREE.

WILL THERE BE MEDICAL PERSONNEL ON-SITE?

Yes! FAST Sports Camp has a Nurse on-duty at all times.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF WEEKS I HAVE TO ENROLL?

Campers can come for as few as 1 week or 2 or 3 weeks!

WHEN IS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP EACH DAY?

Morning drop-off is from 8:45am - 9:00am and pick-up in the afternoon is at 3:00pm!

HOW DOES LUNCH WORK?

Parents need to pack their child’s lunch daily (please label) which will be kept in a cooler - ALL FOOD SHOULD BE NUT-FREE and campers will eat on picnic tables under shaded tents!
